About the role

In the role of administrator with a focus on payroll, you will be a key cog in the parish priest's staff function, which consists of an HR specialist and an executive secretary. We work closely together and share a common drive to deliver high-quality substantive results to the organization through our supporting functions.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Information management: Handle ongoing archiving.
  • Collaboration: The right attitude and willingness to solve problems, deliver results, and provide support. We are a pleasant work group that helps each other and thinks it is important to have fun at work.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are organized and attentive to detail. You take pride in delivering high quality and work independently in daily routines.

As we are a small team, we place great importance on your personal qualities – you are an unpretentious team player who appreciates short decision-making paths and close collaboration with colleagues.

We expect that you who apply share the Church of Sweden's value base.

Requirements for the position:

We offer

  • A close and supportive work community where your voice is heard.
  • A workplace where your competence and experience are valued.
  • Opportunities for flexible working hours.
