We are looking for you who want to work as a Unit Administrator within the Staffing Unit, as our operations are growing. The Staffing Unit serves the areas Home Help, Special Housing, Children and Young People, and Disability Support.
Together with your colleagues, you will have the opportunity to develop in your role and involve managers and employees in the Social Welfare Sector's approach to scheduling and staffing issues.

Responsibilities
The position involves scheduling, temporary staffing, and administrative tasks performed in our staffing system, Medvind. As part of the role, you will also support the operations in scheduling and staffing matters and maintain a continuous dialogue with unit managers and employees.
The main task of the Staffing Unit is scheduling for the operations' employees and daily provision of our operations with substitutes. You will have your own units where you are responsible for scheduling and resource utilization. The tasks related to temporary staffing involve receiving absence notifications via phone, arranging short-term absences, and planned absences.
The work involves both planning and daily quick solutions, where you use your ability to prioritize and find good alternatives.
The role also includes working based on current working time regulations, legislation, and collective agreements.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who are meticulous, communicative, and thrive in a role where you are a crucial piece of the puzzle to ensure daily operations run smoothly. You are comfortable working independently and in a team, enjoy varied tasks, and can prioritize your work. You should have the ability to see holistic solutions, come up with your own suggestions and solutions, and be driving the development of the staffing process in the unit.
Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Experience in administrative work.
- Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good reading comprehension, as communication both verbally and in writing is an important part of the work.
- Good IT skills and digital competence.
- Good ability to plan, structure, and prioritize tasks.
Merits:
- Experience working within healthcare and social care.
- Experience in scheduling/staffing planning.
- Post-secondary education with completed studies in, for example, personnel management.
- Knowledge of the staffing system Medvind.
Other
The employment is full-time, and the weekly working time is 40 hours per week. You will work on a schedule Monday–Sunday, with some possibility for flexible working hours in accordance with Lidköping Municipality's flexible working agreement. As a Unit Administrator, you work based on the Staffing Unit's opening hours; working hours are set between 05:30–17:15 with varying start and end times on a rolling schedule.

Extract from the Criminal Record
Before an employment offer is made, you as a candidate are required to present an extract from the criminal record when working in any of the following areas; school or preschool, work with children in other activities than school and childcare, work with children according to LSS (Act of Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), work in or in connection with HVB homes (Hem för vård eller boende), work with the elderly or persons with disabilities. You order the extract via the Police website. The extract must be presented before employment can begin.
