Job Responsibilities

To the operations area Arena in Stenungsund Municipality, we are now looking for bather attendants for hourly employment.

As an hourly substitute, this means you can be booked on short notice, sometimes on the same day, to replace permanent staff. No day is the same as the other, making the job both challenging and developmental. Being an hourly substitute is perfect to combine with studies or other activities since you control your own working hours and days.

You decide when you want to work by marking yourself available for the days you wish to work in a program called Time Care Pool. In the program, you also have the opportunity to see which shifts are available in the future and express interest in them.

As a bather attendant, you will work in a team with varying tasks such as outreach and active lifeguarding, local maintenance, water gymnastics, and cash register work. You work in a work environment that is partially physically demanding. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• Turned 18 years old
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• Requirement for Gold Lifebuoy certificate (Guldbojen)

A B-class driver's license is desirable.

We would like you to have worked in a swimming hall previously or have experience in similar service professions. It is an advantage if you have knowledge in lifesaving (CPR and first aid), have swim teacher training, or swim teacher assistant training.

We also look for you who, joining us at Stenungsund Arena, spread wonderful energy around you and contribute to a fun and positive work climate. You have a natural sense for service with the customer in focus. You are flexible and have an easy time seeing solutions to a challenge. Furthermore, you are driven and proactive and wish to take the operations forward together with your colleagues.
