Your Assignment

Nacka Municipality has twelve group and service housing units for adults according to the LSS Act. Here, customers live in their own apartments with access to common areas that facilitate social interaction.

As a summer temporary employee, you provide support and service to our customers in their daily lives. The work is based on the individual's needs, wishes, and conditions, with a focus on creating safety, personal development, and good living conditions. You respect each customer's self-determination and contribute to a meaningful existence.

Job Responsibilities

The work is varied and will include, among other things, support in:

• personal care, hygiene, and medication management
• laundry and cleaning

Introduction always takes place at the respective facility, and you have the opportunity to choose your degree of employment. There is also an opportunity to work as an hourly temporary employee both before and after the summer.

We offer the possibility to work:

• night shifts (awake nights)

Your Experience

To be considered for the position, you need to:

• be at least 18 years old
• have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• have good physical fitness
• have a genuine commitment to working with people

It is an advantage if you have relevant education and/or previous experience in the field. It is also an advantage if you have previously worked night shifts.

To create continuity for our customers, you need to be able to work for a longer continuous period during June–September. You are also expected to be able to undergo introduction and work occasional shifts as an hourly temporary employee during the spring.
