An energetic teenage boy with autism is looking for a personal assistant with a calm presence and a big heart. The client needs support with daily routines and activities. Your role involves supporting, inspiring, respecting, and motivating the client. Since the client is active, you must be able to keep up with his pace, but also remain engaged during quieter moments.

We are looking for someone who is dedicated, playful, and capable of working with a low-affective approach. Experience with autism and as a personal assistant is a plus, but personality and suitability are our top priorities. It is essential that you have good chemistry with both the client and his family. The family also has siblings with personal assistance and pets, so you must not have pet allergies.

The workplace is located just northeast of Örebro. Due to limited public transportation, a driver's license and access to a car are required.

Working hours are currently during the day and evenings, with the possibility of working some weekends.

References must be provided, and a criminal record extract (belastningsregisterutdrag) must be presented before employment.
