The assignment is based on the Education Act and the curriculum and is an important part of the school's comprehensive student support.

The role involves close collaboration with educators, student welfare, school leadership, guardians, and external actors. You also contribute your counseling perspective to the school's systematic quality work, including aspects related to transitions, eligibility, and long-term goal achievement.

  • is confident in your professional role and has good personal maturity, integrity, and an ethical approach. With empathetic ability and pedagogical insight, you adapt your interaction and communication to the individual and situation
  • works in a structured, independent, and quality-conscious manner and takes responsibility for your tasks.

It is meritorious if:

  • you have experience working as a study and career counselor in a primary/lower secondary school, as well as experience collaborating with student welfare, safety teams, or attendance teams
