To the Unit for Working Life (EFA) within the Working Life Administration, we are now seeking 2 (two) group supervisors on permanent contracts and 1 (one) group supervisor on a fixed-term contract. These roles involve creating employment and work training to strengthen individuals' opportunities for development, meaningfulness, and community, thereby promoting participants' equality in living conditions and full participation in societal life.

The unit aims to offer daily activities, work training, and trial periods with a focus on strengthening, developing, and in some cases preserving participants' activity and work capacity. Within our operations, we offer well-matched and meaningful tasks with the goal of further developing participants towards independence in the form of work, education, and self-support. The unit also contributes to the assessment of activity and work capacity. Group supervisors collaborate with various professional groups within the Working Life Administration as well as external partners, such as social workers, relatives, assistants, housing providers, and the broader labor market.

The Unit for Working Life covers daily activities under the LSS Act, activities under the Social Services Act (SoL), and labor market policy activities (labor market measures). The operations are located at Skeppargatan and Framsikten, meaning the employment may take place at both locations.

Job Responsibilities

As a group supervisor within EFA, your responsibilities include guiding, motivating, developing, and supporting individuals who have decisions regarding daily activities under the LSS Act, activities under the SoL, and labor market measures.

You are responsible for a number of participants whom you supervise both individually and in groups within our various operations. Each participant has an individual development plan consisting of parallel ongoing interventions aimed at personal development. The purpose is to develop the participant's skills through an active and conscious approach towards a clearly formulated goal. Our participants have various functional variations and are sometimes in complex situations. This places high demands on the group supervisor's ability to see individual resources.

As a group supervisor, you actively participate in all parts of the daily work together with other group supervisors and participants. You lead and support the practical work in the groups based on the activities and groups available in the operations.

In your role as a group supervisor, you are part of a team with other group supervisors, occupational therapists/activity pedagogues, and in some cases labor market coordinators. Documentation and medication delegation are part of your duties.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have documented post-secondary education, such as support pedagogy or social pedagogy, and experience working with individual progression and supervising adults, both in groups and individually.

It is meritorious if you have experience working as a supervisor for people within LSS, social psychiatry, and labor market operations.

The assignment is multifaceted, and practical knowledge for the operations is desirable. If you have experience or knowledge in various crafts and recycling, such as sewing, carpentry, or nature care, this is viewed positively. Knowledge in sign language communication, conversation methods, or other adequate skills needed for our operations are considered meritorious.

Your commitment and positive attitude permeate your supervision. You have good social and communicative skills. You are secure and clear in your role as a supervisor in your daily work with individuals and can adapt to changed conditions. You enjoy working with people and are skilled at organizing and planning your time. You must be able to work independently and take initiative. The work requires flexibility, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to structure and plan work.

You must be confident in communicating in Swedish and have experience documenting in various computer systems.

Personal suitability is given great weight.

Valid driver's license (Category B).
