We are now looking for a Property Management Assistant for a fixed-term position at our office in Vårby!

What is property management really about? Well, mostly two things. People and buildings. In that order. Therefore, we are looking for colleagues who are genuinely interested in the real estate industry and who enjoy building relationships and taking care of and developing our buildings.

Generally, the workday involves actively collaborating with the property manager and the business area manager in their work. This includes, for example, renting out apartments and parking spaces, inspections and move-ins/move-outs, handling invoices, accounts receivable, and collections, as well as other administrative tasks. We are therefore looking for a person who is structured and takes pride in this, as we value order and clarity. Sometimes the pace is fast, and then it is important that we all help each other out.

Every deal counts. As a colleague here, you are expected to enjoy doing business. For us, it is about feeling responsible for how Balder, the tenants, and the projects are doing. You do not act selfishly, but for the benefit of the business. A key foundation in this is understanding the business, being creative, seeing business opportunities, and maintaining a professional attitude.

You need to have an interest in the people you meet, as a large part of the job involves communication and relationship building with tenants, contractors, and the team. If you also have a good grasp of how a building is constructed and functions, you will tick almost all the boxes on the checklist!
