We are now looking for an engaged and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager for our office in Gothenburg who wants to help create top-class customer experiences.
About the roleAs a Customer Success Manager with us, you have a key role in the customer journey. You are responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the right support, the right solutions, and a professional experience throughout the entire collaboration.
This is not a traditional customer service role where you only answer incoming calls – we are looking for you who have an understanding of the telecom industry and experience with business solutions within telephony and communication. You feel confident in the dialogue regarding subscriptions, PBX solutions, and related services, and thrive in an advisory role where the customer relationship is in focus.
You work closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure high quality, long-term relationships, and a smooth customer experience.
Your main responsibilitiesBuild and develop long-term customer relationships
Be a reliable and professional contact person for our business customers
Help customers with questions regarding telephony subscriptions, services, and solutions
Ensure a high level of service and a positive customer experience
Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to create the best possible delivery
Work proactively with customer care and customer satisfaction
Contribute ideas and improvements to develop our processes and the customer experience
We believe that you are social, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where relationships and communication are central. You have previous experience from the telecom industry and understand how business solutions within telephony work.
You are used to working with customers and feel confident handling multiple contact channels simultaneously.
We would like you to have:Experience from the telecom industry, preferably within business solutions
Knowledge of telephony subscriptions, PBX services, and related communication solutions
Strong communication skills in both speech and writing
A professional and trustworthy approach
Ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner
A positive attitude and good teamwork skills
Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing
Good computer skills
