The Company

MPAB is a construction company focused on earthworks with over 20 years of experience in the industry. They perform all types of earthworks, from raw ground to finished outdoor environments. Jobs can consist of foundation work up to finished gravel, small foundations up to finished concrete, road construction, and external water/sewage (VA). In work with outdoor environments, they work with paving, walls, curbstones, playgrounds, furniture, as well as trees and plantings. They have generally performed assignments in Östergötland County but also outside the county. The main focus is on infrastructure projects, parking projects, many produced renovation projects, larger drainage systems, new outdoor environments, new production of schools, sports halls, park environments for municipal companies, etc.

The group currently consists of a total of 3 partners and 6 workers. The group's purpose today is to perform earthworks for customers around Östergötland, primarily for corporate customers.

Responsibilities:

• Paving
• Construction work
• Building walls
• Water/sewage lines (VA)
• Drainage at house foundations
• Preparing asphalt surfaces and stone setting
• Fundations

We believe you have:

• At least 5 years of work experience as a construction worker
• Experience in reading and understanding drawings
• Category B driver's license
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious qualifications:

• Previous leadership role
• Loader or excavator license
• Road work (training)
• EBR (Excavation, Backfilling, and Roadwork)
• Hot work
• Electric welding and butt welding
• Carpentry experience

Personal qualities:

• Self-motivated
• Initiative-taker
• Team player
