The team consists of men and women of mixed ages, with an average age of around 30–35 years, blending junior and more senior colleagues. The team includes four engineers supporting production – two in hydraulics and two in pneumatic and fuel systems. It is a tight-knit and supportive team where everyone enjoys working together.

About the role of Maintenance Engineer
In this role, you are responsible for quality assurance and approval of work on a specific aircraft by reviewing technicians' work, ensuring correct documentation, monitoring flight releases, and handling tagging, export control, and distribution. During the first year, you work under a certificate and gradually take on more responsibility, including resolving technical discrepancies escalated from technicians and collaborating with other departments as needed. Once certified, you also update relevant documentation, such as CMMs, and ensure that technicians have the right prerequisites to perform their work correctly and safely.

Key responsibilities:

• Read and understand technical documentation for various components and systems.
• Update and quality-assure instructions and technical support material (e.g., CMM-related documents).
• Work closely with the workshop and support technicians in repairs, including troubleshooting when necessary.
• Ensure that the correct documents are used and that all work follows current instructions and aviation requirements.
• Work continuously in computer-based systems and keep documentation and processes updated.

• University College degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering or similar education with a focus on mechatronics or mechanics.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Production Technician, Maintenance Engineer, Quality Engineer, or similar role.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
