Assistansporten AB is a company working within home care services, personal assistance, accompaniment, and relief care. We value continuity, security, and customer influence over their services. Assistansporten operates in the southern Stockholm area.

We are currently looking for a Coordinator/Team Leader (100%) for our home care services in Enskede.

Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling and staffing home care interventions according to municipal decisions, as well as privately purchased services via RUT. You will also handle time registration and follow-up of employees. The role involves close collaboration with the site manager and the Operations Manager.

You will also be responsible for recruitment, onboarding of new staff, self-inspections, receipt management, and various administrative tasks.

You will maintain regular contact with municipal case workers, as well as customers and their relatives.

Assistansporten values continuity and customer influence. Therefore, you will be the heart of the operation and the central hub, with significant influence over the quality of home care services. A welcoming and respectful attitude towards customers, relatives, and employees is absolutely essential.

We use the systems Mobil Omsorg (Epsilon) and Paraply. Proficiency in computer skills and experience with these specific business systems are considered strong merits.

We are looking for someone who has previously worked with similar responsibilities, preferably within Stockholm City.

Education Requirements:

Completed education in healthcare and social care or human resources, with documented leadership experience. Additional merit with education in labor law and social law.

Requirements:

  • Category B driver's license, as you must make regular customer visits (company car provided).
  • Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
  • Experience with documentation systems.
