About me
I am a 23-year-old guy living in my own apartment. I am creative, enjoy music and animals, and currently focus heavily on rehabilitation, training, and meaningful activities in daily life.
It is important to me to have assistants who can cheer me on, motivate, and support me in challenging myself and taking steps forward. I need assistance with all daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, cooking, and other everyday chores.

About you:
I am looking for someone who is active, enjoys moving around, and is happy to join me on walks and training sessions. It is a plus if you are creative and enjoy engaging in crafts or creative activities.
As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and responsible. You are empathetic, thoughtful, and easy to collaborate with, but can also work independently when the situation requires it. You need to be attuned to my needs while contributing positive energy and motivation to daily life.

Staffing:
This position includes an extended (and compensated) staffing duty, which means that during certain weeks, you must be reachable outside of normal working hours. In situations requiring intervention, you would call in a substitute or step in yourself to provide assistance. This is Assistans i Balans's way of ensuring our clients always have a familiar assistant by their side. This duty is shared among all assistants working on a regular schedule.

The Position:
The position is at 80%. The work consists of 12-hour shifts, either day or night, and occasionally some weekends, on a rolling schedule. To be employed, you must present a valid ID, a criminal record extract, and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden.
