So, what about the job? You will be working in customer service supporting customers with technical questions related to the systems and services our client offers. Since the company works with finance, it is advantageous if you have some prior understanding of economics.

• Have an understanding/background in economics, such as having studied economics in high school or worked at a bank or similar.
• Have previous relevant experience (can be customer service, can be a job at a bank, can be technical support)
• Speak and write fluent Swedish and good English, as both languages are used in the role.

This is a consultancy assignment with employment at OIO during the initial period. The idea is that this will eventually transition into a permanent position with our client, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.
