The client in question is a positive and active woman in her 30s who requires assistance with most aspects of daily life, such as support with dressing, cleaning, personal hygiene, cooking, and more. The client enjoys going on outings, drawing, and cuddling.

The client needs assistants who are direct and clear in their communication, both verbally and through body language. Ambiguity and carelessness with routines can cause the client to become aggressive. The tasks are highly varied and involve assistance both inside and outside the home, placing high demands on your flexibility.

You will be part of a large work group consisting of dedicated and positive assistants who work towards common goals for the client's continued development. You will work according to clearly defined routines and implementation plans for all aspects of daily life.

The ideal candidate is mature in how they handle different situations, whether demanding or less demanding.

Humor, understanding, and taking the initiative are important to the client.

As a personal assistant, you should be confident in yourself, perceptive, flexible, proactive, and have a genuine interest in your work.

The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity.

Working hours are spread over 24 hours, including night shifts and day shifts.

A valid driver's license is required.

A dog is present at the workplace.

Experience in personal assistance is required, but personal suitability will weigh the heaviest.

Experience with diabetes is an advantage.
