Runbackaskolan is a comprehensive school (grades F-9) guided by the core values of joy of knowledge, awareness of the world, safety, and results, which permeate our mindset and work.

The school has a total of approximately 575 students, including the smaller teaching group Fenix.

In recent years, the school has developed its pedagogical work with digital technology and currently receives continuous study visits from various municipalities in Sweden as well as from other countries, interested in observing the school's teaching and after-school activities. We have high expectations of our teachers and students, who are challenged in their knowledge development in various ways. In addition to digital competence, we place great emphasis on physical activity, linguistic development, and modern languages. We are also accredited for Erasmus projects and carry out exchanges with other schools in other countries every year.

Runbackaskolan has consistently maintained a high merit value thanks to driven educators, ambitious students, and a calm and safe learning environment. The school is Olweus-certified, which means structured and continuous preventive anti-bullying work in all school activities from preschool class to grade 9. The Olweus results show successful work, and the school has a very low percentage of students who feel victimized or bullied.

The school has a large student health team that includes special education teachers, counselors, school nurses, school psychologists, the entire management team, and collaborates with Sollentuna Municipality's School and Family Team. The student health team works in a structured and systematic manner, focusing on identifying students with a need for extra adjustments or special support. By working preventively, we succeed in giving all students the opportunity to develop to their full potential.

Teacher in Science (NO) and Mathematics, Grades 7–9

We are looking for a qualified teacher in Science/Technology and Mathematics for grades 7–9. The position is a 100% temporary assignment during the autumn.

As a teacher here, you plan and lead teaching so that all students are given the opportunity to develop based on their prerequisites. You work differentiated and use varied methods to create engagement and learning. You are a secure and clear leader who enjoys collaborating but can also work independently.

We want you to be curious and solution-oriented. You have the ability to create interest and a desire to learn, and you meet each student where they are. You are engaged in your students' development and want to drive development work regarding your subject at the school. You inspire joy in work and, through close leadership, contribute to development.

Creating good relationships with students and colleagues is seen as a natural part of your daily life.

About you:

• You are a certified teacher with qualifications in Science and Mathematics for lower secondary school.
• You have experience teaching in grades 7–9.
• You are secure, responsible, and have good collaboration skills.
