The Family Support Unit is part of the Social Administration's large and broad outpatient care. With a systemic approach, we focus on resources and relationships to strengthen what is already working in the individual's life. Our unit consists of an engaged team of family therapists, family educators, domestic violence therapists, and network leaders. Collaboration and development are key words heading into 2026 as we continue, together with other teams, units, and administrations in Järfälla Municipality, to work to meet challenges and make a difference for the citizens we encounter in our work. Job Description

As a Network Leader within the Individual and Family Care (IFO), you mobilize, invite, and lead various forms of network-gathering meetings - for example, acute network meetings, process-oriented network meetings, family group conferences, SIP meetings, and safety planning according to Signs of Safety for children and young people. You will work in a team with two experienced network leaders, which gives you support and the opportunity to develop in the role. The assignments come from all of IFO, which gives you variety and a broad network of colleagues and support functions to collaborate with. In this role, you have great freedom to plan and carry out your work. The team is also responsible for lectures on Network Work and systemic basics for the entire IFO, together with family therapists.

You are offered a developing workplace where there is both breadth and the possibility for specialization. Some evening work is included in the position.

Qualifications

We see that you, as an applicant, have a degree in social work or another higher education that the employer considers equivalent.

Furthermore, you have:

• Network training
• Experience with network-gathering meetings with children, young people, adults, and families
• Knowledge of systemic theory and solution-focused work
• Experience in psychosocial change work with individuals and families
• Experience with municipal social services and authority practice

We consider it meritorious if you also have:

• Therapeutic education equivalent to step 1
• Experience and training in Signs of Safety and safety planning
• Training in MI (Motivational Interviewing)
• Further education in family work
• Good Swedish in speech and writing.
• Experience working in high-risk families
• Further training in Signs of Safety, Hela Barn (Whole Child), MI

As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and responsive in your work and have a very good ability to collaborate and create good relationships both at the workplace, with partners, and in the work with families.
