I am looking for a female personal assistant who can help me in my daily life and contribute to a safe and comfortable existence.

You who are applying have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and are responsible, considerate, and responsive.

The work involves help with daily chores at home such as:

• Cooking
• Cleaning
• Light gardening work
• Accompanying for shopping and walks

I live in Älvängen and enjoy going for walks when the weather permits, as well as shopping and doing daily activities.

I am wheelchair-bound and use a ceiling lift for transfers, which means the work does not involve any heavy lifting.

Working Hours

The work shifts are scheduled from 09:00–22:00 with a break between 14:00–16:00. Work takes place every day of the week according to a rotating schedule. The position is approximately 50%.

The employment begins as an hourly position and subsequently converts to a fixed-term employment for as long as the personal assistance assignment lasts. I am also looking for hourly substitutes.

Start date is as soon as possible.

GIL has coordinated personal assistance since 1989. For us, personal assistance is about creating the conditions for a person with a disability to live the life they want to live. In many assignments, the person entitled to assistance is the employer themselves, while in others, a deputy employer has been appointed. Assignments and roles vary depending on the operation and function.

GIL's office provides support in areas such as employer support, administration, finance, HR, and education. Together, we contribute to making daily life work for both those entitled to assistance and employees within the cooperative.
