About the role

At Middlepoint, we are now looking for a service-oriented and flexible service star to join a rescue services authority in Gothenburg. As a receptionist, you are an integral part of the service experience for both visitors and clients. To fit the role of receptionist, we believe you are unpretentious, enjoy juggling multiple tasks, are flexible, solution-oriented, and always have a smile on your face. In this position, you will work in a team of two in the reception area, but you are also expected to assist with various office-related tasks, such as switchboard duties.

• Welcome employees and customers
• Assist and guide visitors
• Respond to emails and phone calls
• Administrative work, including access card systems
• Bookings and orders
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Switchboard and telephony

Requirements for the position

• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
• Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
• Completed upper secondary education

About the employment

Employment: Fixed-term position
Working hours: You will work during weeks 28-32 and weeks 33-36, during standard office hours.
