We are now looking for a Senior Tech Lead / Fullstack Developer for a long-term consulting assignment with a major organization in Stockholm. You will become part of a team responsible for the development and maintenance of integration-intensive solutions with high demands on stability, performance, and user experience.

In the role of Senior Tech Lead / Fullstack Developer, you will combine operational development with technical leadership. You are responsible for driving the team from a technical perspective and ensuring high quality in solution design, implementation, and technical direction.

You will work closely with solution architects, developers, and other stakeholders to further develop and maintain complex system solutions within traffic information, navigation, and digital guidance.

• Lead the team from a technical perspective

• Participate hands-on in the development of backend and frontend solutions

• Responsible for technical design and architecture in the team's deliverables

• Ensure high code quality, performance, and long-term maintainability

• Drive technical improvements in areas such as scalability, robustness, and performance optimization

• Work with integration-intensive systems and event-driven flows

• Participate in technical analyses and investigations for upcoming initiatives

• Collaborate closely with solution architects, developers, and other technical roles

• Contribute to modern working methods within CI/CD, container technology, and cloud platforms

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience as a Tech Lead, senior developer, or similar technical leadership role

• Strong experience in Java-based backend development

• Very good experience with React and modern frontend development

• Experience with integration-intensive systems and distributed solutions

• Experience with event-driven architectures and integration flows

• Experience with container technology and CI/CD flows

• Good understanding of system architecture, scalability, and robust solutions

• Experience working in modern cloud environments

• Ability to combine technical leadership with operational development

• Very good collaboration and communication skills

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Real-time systems or information platforms with high availability requirements

• Solutions within digital signage, IoT, or vehicle-proximity systems

• CMS platforms and backend-driven information solutions

• Work within large organizations or complex business environments

• Performance optimization and improvement of system stability

• Work with audio guidance, location-based information, or navigation solutions

• DevOps working methods and automated deployments

The assignment allows for both remote work and on-site work at the office. A hybrid setup is applied where at least two days per week are spent on-site.

Start: 2026-08-31 End: 2027-08-31

Extension options are available for an additional 1+1+1+1 years.

Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
