At Kemisten's daily activity center in Täby, we are now looking for a reliable and dedicated support assistant who wants to help create a meaningful everyday life for adults within the LSS (Law on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments).

Here, we work in a hierarchical-free and warm team, with a lot of collaboration and great respect for each individual's conditions.

About the Position

As a support assistant with us, you support individuals with extensive disabilities in their daily activities.

This includes among other things:

• Providing individually adapted support during activities, training, and social interaction
• Working with significant physical care needs, including transfers and personal care
• Managing tube feeding, epilepsy, and other medical needs
• Using AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)
• Documenting interventions according to current routines
• Contributing to a safe, clear, and structured environment where the participant is at the center

Who We Are Looking For

You thrive close to people, have patience, humor, and enjoy working together with others. You remain calm even when things are busy, and you have a heart in the right place.

• At least 2 years of experience from LSS activities or similar care work
• Education as a childcare worker, assistant nurse, or educator, or equivalent education
• Experience with significant physical care needs, epilepsy, tube feeding, and documentation
• Experience with AAC is meritorious
• Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
