Your Role With Us

We are seeking dedicated nursing assistants for Hjärtebacken 1 at Gamlegården in Kristianstad.

Working as a nursing assistant means you will be involved in some of the best and most rewarding work there is – helping to make daily life meaningful for our residents. A professional approach and good customer service are second nature to us. You will be offered a varied job involving care activities, leisure activities, and delegated tasks from nurses and rehabilitation staff. The role includes being a contact person and holding one or more areas of responsibility.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant and have passed the care and nursing program or other education that the employer considers equivalent. We would appreciate it if you had previous experience working in care and nursing. It is an advantage if you have experience from working in care and nursing housing as well as education in psychiatry or dementia care.

Since communication and documentation are part of your duties, you need to have experience with documentation and computers, as well as proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We are looking for those who wish to work permanent weekends for a permanent position. We apply full-time employment, and it is possible to apply for a lower degree of employment. In full-time positions, weekday shifts are also scheduled to meet weekly hour requirements.

We are also looking for a substitute for an employee who is currently on parental leave.

About Us

Hjärtebacken 1 is a care and nursing facility focused on dementia care. It consists of three departments with eight apartments on each floor. Here, we have a great commitment to care and a person-centered approach.

The operations of the Care Administration are directed towards the elderly and people who need functional support, as well as people who need home healthcare. The operations are functionally divided into four areas: support in ordinary housing, support in care and nursing housing, health and medical care, and functional support. The administration also includes the authority unit, the national gymnasium, and the assistive technology center in Eastern Skåne.
