About the Receptionist Role

As a receptionist for our client, you have a key role in daily operations. You staff the reception and are the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers, and employees. The role is both service-oriented and administrative, making it a perfect fit for you if you enjoy variety, responsibility, and working in a professional environment.

You will work independently but also in close collaboration with colleagues within service and administration. Flexibility is important as you may need to cover for absences and work in different lobbies within the area.

Examples of duties:

• Staff the lobby/reception and welcome visitors and employees
• Provide service, information, and guidance in the building
• Handle incoming calls and emails
• Perform simple administrative tasks
• Cover for sick leave and work in different reception areas
• Handle mail and packages

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who have experience in reception, customer service, or similar roles and who thrive in an outgoing and service-focused position. You are professional, solution-oriented, and adapt easily to changing situations.

Requirements for the position

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good system understanding and computer skills
• Experience working in reception, customer service, or similar roles
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable
• A positive, driven, and service-oriented attitude
