We have a new, exciting assignment and are now looking for assistants whose task will be to provide support in many aspects of this young man's daily life. He has recently turned 18, lives in an apartment with his mother, and needs support and hands-on help with most things. Every day should be meaningful and valuable. Together with the client, the day is planned so that he becomes involved, both in the necessities of daily life and in the things that make life exciting, developmental, and worth living.

You need to possess qualities such as empathy, security, and self-drive. If you feel this resonates with you, you might be the person we are looking for in this 50–75% position. The assistance is provided around the clock.

The daily work consists of being present, supporting, and strengthening our client with everyday tasks such as hygiene and meals, but also inspiring and activating him towards play and movement. This active and playful young man needs significant support in all parts of his daily life. You will largely work in the home – the assistance is performed where the client is.

The Assistant's Role and Experience

As a person, you need to be caring, careful, responsible, responsive, proactive, and positive. Personal suitability weighs the heaviest. You must be available for work year-round.

You will receive individualized introduction/training in all parts regarding the client's care needs and routines – it is important that both you as an assistant and our client feel secure.

Requirements and Merits

• Driver's license and own car are a plus but not a requirement.
• Experience working with autism is advantageous.
• Fluent Swedish is a requirement.
• You are welcome to speak Thai, as the client's relatives originate from there.

Working Hours and Employment Level

• We are looking for someone who can work 20–30 hours per week.
• Day shifts on weekdays from approx. 13:00–20:00.
• Night shifts on weekdays from 20:00–07:30.
• Work is performed during weekends as well.

About Salary

• We apply salary according to Fremia Collective Agreement.
