At the health centre, we offer a broad and varied range of medical services:

• Diagnosis and treatment of diseases and ailments
• Chronic disease management with special clinics for diabetes, hypertension, asthma/COPD, osteoporosis, and elderly care
• Emergency care
• Rehabilitation and physiotherapy
• Family Centre with associated Child Health Centre (BVC)
• Health promotion advice
• Psychosocial team
• Responsibility for several nursing homes in the area
• Digi-physical healthcare

We are now looking for a District Nurse or Child Health Nurse who wants to become part of our team at the Family Centre's Child Health Centre (BVC). The BVC is part of a Family Centre that also includes a midwife, a social worker, and an open preschool — an environment where the professions work closely together around the child and the family.

Job Responsibilities

You will work primarily at our Family Centre within the BVC, where we offer a part-time position. The position can be solely at the BVC or combined with work at the health centre, depending on what suits you and the operations. You will monitor the children's health and development, provide support and advice to parents, and work preventively together with our other professions at the Family Centre.

Qualifications

• District Nurse or Child Health Nurse
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing
• Computer skills and interest in working with digital physical healthcare

Other Information
