We are currently looking for a service-oriented and flexible student for a varied summer assignment with two different clients in Skåne. This assignment is ideal for you who thrive in a social role with significant responsibility, a strong service mindset, and varied tasks.

The assignment is divided into two periods and combines reception duties with service and floor host-related tasks. It is perfect for students who wish to gain valuable experience in service, administration, and office environments during the summer.

The first part of the assignment takes place in Helsingborg during weeks 26 and 27, as well as Tuesday of week 28. Working hours are 08:00–17:00 with a one-hour lunch break. Here, you will work in a classic reception role focusing on service, administration, and creating a professional welcome for visitors and internal contacts.

Starting Wednesday of week 28, the assignment moves to Malmö and continues through week 31. Working hours are 08:00–12:00. The role is more service-oriented and involves ensuring that shared spaces function well and maintain a high level of service in daily operations.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Welcoming visitors and managing the reception area
• Basic administration and support
• Restocking coffee and kitchen areas
• Managing dishes and dishwashers
• Mail handling and internal service matters
• Ensuring shared spaces are presentable and functioning well

We are looking for someone who is positive, self-motivated, and enjoys providing service in daily work. You are unpretentious, proactive, and have a knack for creating a professional and welcoming impression.

Previous experience in service, reception, retail, café, or administration is advantageous, but we place great emphasis on personality and attitude.

You need to be flexible and able to work in both Helsingborg and Malmö according to the specified periods and times.
