We are looking for an engaged and development-oriented special needs teacher who wants to strengthen the support for our adult students in Komvux distance education.

In this role, you will have a central part in developing learning environments and supporting both students and teachers in the pedagogical work.

As a special needs teacher, you will work closely with teaching staff and school leadership to create good conditions for our students to achieve their goals in distance studies.

The position involves, among other things:

• providing support and guidance to teachers regarding extra adjustments and inclusive teaching
• actively participating in teachers' team meetings
• planning and leading workshops and competence development for all teachers
• identifying and analyzing students' need for support
• contributing to the development of pedagogical approaches for distance teaching
• collaborating with school leadership regarding support measures

We are looking for someone who

• is educated as a special needs teacher
• has experience in adult education and/or distance teaching
• is confident in mentoring and inspiring colleagues
• has good digital competence and experience with digital learning environments
• works independently, structured, and solution-oriented
• has good communication skills and is able to build trusting relationships
