RESPONSIBILITIES
You will have an important role in one of the health center's three cross-professional teams where collaboration and a shared patient focus are a natural part of everyday life. The team work includes rounds once a week, and you work closely with both doctors and other professions.
With us, you are offered a developing and varied job together with competent colleagues who, just like you, have a genuine interest in the well-being of patients. For those who are confident in their role within primary care, there is an opportunity for some remote work, as we work in a modern and mobile work environment with high digital accessibility.
As a new employee, you will receive an individually adapted introduction. We work in an open and permissive climate with close collaboration between professions. With us, you are also offered your own laptop and flexible working hours.
QUALIFICATIONS
We welcome you who are a registered district nurse or nurse with permission to work within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are a requirement.

To thrive with us, we see that you are development-oriented and have an interest in contributing to the operation's improvement work. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy many contact areas, both within and outside your own profession. Furthermore, you work in a structured and independent manner with the ability to prioritize between different tasks.
