Establishment in Söderhamn and Ovanåker Municipalities

We are in the midst of an exciting growth journey; it is time for us to take the next step and expand our operations to a larger part of Hälsingland. Now, we are becoming what we claim to be!

We currently have around 100 employees with operations in Hudiksvall, Nordanstig, Ljusdal, and Sundsvall. At the end of 2025, we began our growth journey with the goal of establishing ourselves throughout the entire region. As part of this, we are now developing our presence in the municipalities of Söderhamn and Ovanåker.

We are currently looking for business advisors who want to help build long-term customer relationships and contribute to our continued development in Hälsingland. With us, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers, focusing on the holistic business picture, while being part of a bank that is engaged in the local community.

The role involves working with:

• prospecting and new customer acquisition
• building and developing your own customer portfolio
• representing the bank in local networks
• creating, developing, and managing long-term and strong customer relationships
• identifying and creating new business opportunities
• lending and holistic advisory services to businesses
• collaborating with colleagues in various specialist areas to manage the entire business of companies with us

We are looking for you who

Are attracted to building something new, driven by customer interactions, enjoy creating new relationships with both customers and colleagues, and actively seek out business opportunities. You have a strong personal commitment to prospecting, enjoy making the first customer contact, and wish to contribute to the development of both the business and our growth journey.

Qualifications

The role requires a Swedsec license for advisors. Existing license and experience with corporate business are advantageous.
