We are currently looking for you who want to become part of our lovely team this summer and who want to work as a personal assistant for our 23-year-old client who enjoys music, games, and walks.

What does this position involve?

The position is a summer temporary role with a woman with multiple disabilities and severe brain injuries, living in central Uddevalla. She uses a wheelchair, has impaired vision, and has epilepsy. You will support her with all aspects of daily life, such as hygiene, dressing, feeding (via PEG), play, and exercise. The woman does not speak but communicates through sounds, facial expressions, and body language. Working hours vary according to a roster schedule, covering days, evenings, and weekends.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and sensitive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.

We would prefer that you:

• have experience in care and social services (a plus, but not a requirement).
• enjoy playing, being playful, and going for walks.
• are responsible and sensitive to the client's needs.
• can understand and communicate in Swedish.
• the client prefers that the applicant is female.

Additional Information

Employment Type: Summer temporary position for June, July, and August 2026

Scope: Part-time

Working Hours: Day shift is 06:15–16:15, evening shift is 16:00–22:00, and weekend shifts are 07:00–14:15 or 14:00–22:00.

Other: There is an opportunity to work extra during spring and autumn.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
