Make a difference. Every day.
Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people – every day? At our habilitation clinic in Malmö, you will work closely with children, families, and a dedicated team where your expertise contributes to development, participation, and quality of life.
Our habilitation service aims to make life more possible for individuals with permanent disabilities and their relatives. The disability may result from motor impairments, intellectual disabilities, and/or autism. Habilitation Clinic Unit 1 is divided into two teams: one focused on children (0-10 years) and one focused on young people (10-17 years). This position is located in the Young People's Team. The teams work in cross-professional teams comprising medical, psychosocial, and pedagogical competence. Together with children, parents, and networks, we create the child's plan and provide interventions for the child and family based on this. The unit has a special responsibility for patients with spina bifida.
Our workplace values participation for children and their families! We have drive and a high ambition to continue developing our working methods, processes, and employees. We have a salutogenic approach, which means that everything we do should be meaningful, comprehensible, and manageable. This perspective shines through our entire operation, not only in the meeting with our patients but in all parts of the operation.
We are a knowledge organization that provides tools to develop strengths and remove obstacles as well as promote communication. We create conditions for dialogue from the child's perspective. It is important to us that you share Region Skåne's values.
