An established dental clinic in the heart of Lund. Our patients receive comprehensive and thorough care for their dental needs, just as they have for decades at this address. With a view of the cathedral towers and the life of the city hall, it is an open and bright workplace.

The workplace consists of dentists, dental hygienists, and dental nurses spread across three rooms. Due to the constant influx of patients, we are in need of more dentists.

Job Responsibilities

The position involves clinical patient work and development. You need to be mature enough to work independently with the full range of general dentistry. You should have a secure and broad arsenal in your execution of dental care as well as in how you interact with patients. This is a classic general dentistry clinic where you are expected to address needs that vary in scope and across dental disciplines. You will not be working with pediatric dentistry.

The clinic has several patients who speak English, which is common in a university city like Lund. Therefore, it is important to be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing. You are expected to have good administrative skills and handle standard clinical administration such as referral handling and medical record keeping. The clinic has panoramic X-ray equipment and a Trios intraoral scanner to facilitate your treatments. If you lack prior knowledge, there is room for training and development.

Qualifications

• Hold a dental degree (Dentist).
• At least 2 years (full-time) of clinical experience as a dentist.
• Excellent language skills in Swedish and good language skills in English.
• Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability in the assessment.
• Advantageous is having panoramic X-ray certification and experience reviewing panoramic X-rays from work life.

Other Information

Working hours are determined by the clinic's opening hours, but the degree of employment can be discussed.

Interviews start in June.
