Accounting Assistant / Junior Accountant – Boden

You are at the beginning of your career in finance. Perhaps you have just graduated from university, a vocational college (YH), or high school with a focus on economics, and now you want the opportunity to apply your knowledge in practice.

You appreciate structure, numbers, and order. You are curious about how businesses function behind the scenes and want to learn accounting for real, not just from a textbook. You may have tested Fortnox or similar systems before, but above all, you are comfortable learning digital tools. Technology and smart working methods feel natural to you.

As an Accounting Assistant, you will support ongoing financial work and gradually develop within accounting and advisory services. You will work closely with both colleagues and customers, gaining a broad introduction to the profession.

Examples of tasks may include:

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Handling supplier and customer invoices
• Reconciliations
• Administration related to finance and accounting
• Support during monthly closing and reporting
• Working with Fortnox and other digital systems
• Supporting customers with finance-related queries
• Payroll administration

We believe you:

• Have an education in finance or accounting
• Are at the beginning of your career or recently graduated
• Are meticulous, structured, and responsible
• Have an interest in digital working methods and systems
• Enjoy collaborating and developing together with others
