Norra Finans is a credit group growing with the vision of becoming a leader in invoice purchasing in Sweden and Finland. We primarily offer financing solutions to medium and large companies in Sweden and Finland. Our operations are based in our offices in Haparanda, Luleå, Vaasa, and Helsinki. Currently, our team consists of just over sixty employees.

The group is experiencing strong growth and has ongoing recruitment needs. As part of strengthening the group's central support functions, we are now recruiting an Accountant to our finance department. In this role, you will play a central part in our finance function, responsible for ensuring the correct and efficient handling of the company's financial transactions, declarations, internal reporting, and external contact with authorities. Responsibilities

As an Accountant, you will work with ongoing bookkeeping. You are responsible for daily bookkeeping and ensure that all financial transactions are registered correctly and on time. You handle customer and supplier accounts, payments, and reconciliations. You prepare and execute monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring that accounting complies with current laws and regulations.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a relevant university degree in economics or equivalent work experience as assessed by the employer. You have good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting.

It is an advantage if you have a few years of work experience in accounting. You have good proficiency in Swedish and English. Finnish is an advantage.
