Your Role With Us

At our organization, every workday is about people – about creating safety, joy, and quality of life. We are proud of our work and have been named, among other things, the Home Care Municipality of the Year 2025 by SPF Seniorerna. We are now looking for you who want to work as a substitute within the Care Administration in Kristianstad Municipality and contribute your engagement where it is needed most.

The tasks vary depending on whether you work with support for the elderly or people with disabilities. The work involves helping our customers in their daily lives with meals, laundry, cleaning, and shopping, as well as organizing social activities and providing personal care.

We are looking for you who want to work as a summer substitute during June, July, and August. There is also an opportunity to start as an hourly substitute already during the spring. Your working hours are determined by the needs of the operation. This means you must be able to work irregular hours: day, evening, weekend, or night. On-call duties may also occur at some workplaces.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for you with a heart in the right place and an interest in working with people. You have a good manner of dealing with others, are responsible, easy to cooperate with, and flexible in your work.

It is an advantage if you have education in care and social services, child and youth care, assistance, or support pedagogy. It is also an advantage if you are currently studying to become a nurse, psychologist, or social worker. Experience in care work is also advantageous. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Since documentation is an important part of our operations, computer literacy is required, as well as the ability to understand and express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. For work in home care, it is an advantage if you have a B-driver's license or can cycle. You should be over 18 years old.

Within home care, we help our customers maintain a good quality of life and stay in their own homes for as long as possible.
