Gröna Dalenskolan is a two-track comprehensive school centrally located in Håbo Municipality, with proximity to football fields, athletics facilities, and swimming and ice halls. The school adjoins Lunaskolan, the municipality's adapted primary school, which is located next door with its own premises.

Our vision is that students will encounter teaching that is clear, accessible, and challenging, while contributing to security and study peace. The staff continuously works on following up, analyzing, and developing teaching based on national goals and regulatory documents. Through close collaboration between different professions and a health-promoting approach, we create a learning environment where the students' development, health, and hope for the future are at the center. We also collaborate with the police, social services, and other actors.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a certified mathematics teacher for grades 6–9 who wants to make a difference in students' learning and development.

You are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on mathematics teaching based on the goals of the curriculum. The role also includes mentorship for a group of students, where you follow the students' knowledge development and social development, as well as having contact with guardians.

You will become part of an engaged work team where you collaborate closely with colleagues, student support staff, special education teachers, counselors, and study and career guidance counselors. Together, you create a secure, structured, and developmental learning environment.

You are a clear leader in the classroom who creates study peace and builds good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. Through a varied and inclusive working method, you adapt the teaching to the students' different needs and prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Certified and eligible teacher in mathematics for grades 6–9
• Experience in mentorship is an advantage
• Good ability to build relationships and collaborate in a team
