Assignment Description

We are looking for a senior Marketing & Communication Specialist to support strategic marketing and communication activities within a global Medium Gas Turbine (MGT) aftermarket organization.

What You Will Work On

  • Define and drive long-term strategic marketing plans aligned with the MGT business strategy
  • Develop and lead messaging strategies for global markets and customer segments
  • Create and maintain go-to-market concepts together with sales teams, commercialization managers, and R&D stakeholders
  • Benchmark industry best practices and competitor marketing approaches
  • Ensure alignment between product line marketing and corporate communication standards
  • Support implementation of AI-supported and automated marketing methods
  • Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across global marketing teams
  • Coordinate development of marketing materials and media assets
  • Support communication activities related to product launches and campaigns
  • Manage content, documentation, and approval workflows across digital platforms and portals
  • Support event coordination, user conferences, training activities, and marketing logistics
  • Contribute to customer engagement and communication initiatives throughout the product lifecycle

What You Bring

  • Senior-level experience within marketing and communication roles
  • Excellent communication and professional writing skills in English
  • Experience developing strategic marketing plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience working with sales organizations, product marketing, and corporate communication teams
  • Ability to work effectively within international and multicultural environments
  • Experience benchmarking market trends and competitor strategies
  • Understanding of AI-supported and automated marketing methodologies
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and project management capabilities
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
  • Experience from industrial, energy, engineering, or technical B2B industries is highly beneficial
  • Swedish language skills are considered an advantage
