Sales and Service Staff for Actic Swimming Pool in Halmstad

As Sales and Service Staff, you are an inspiration to our members. You spread joy and energy, and work actively to create the best possible customer experience by being present and helpful. To thrive in this role, you enjoy varied tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working at the reception and assisting our members with questions regarding training and membership.
• Ensuring the facility and equipment are in top condition, as well as maintaining cleanliness and freshness through cleaning duties.
• Working with sales, primarily focusing on membership sales, and inspiring our members to utilize our full range of training offerings.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Reached the age of 18.
• A strong interest in fitness and health.
• A genuine interest in people and service.
• Availability to work varied hours, including early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications that are a plus:

• Experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Group fitness instructor and/or certified swimming teacher, or willingness to work as a swimming teacher assistant.
• Previous experience working at Actic.
