Do you want to work in an international and growing organization within technology and digital solutions? We are now looking for an Account Manager to join a team in Málaga. About the role

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for developing and strengthening partnerships and ensuring business growth. The role involves close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage the partner pipeline and identify and drive business opportunities to closure
  • Analyze the market, competition, and partner potential
  • Develop long-term relationships and strengthen partner loyalty
  • Ensure partners utilize current campaigns, programs, and activities
  • Drive revenue growth through joint initiatives, campaigns, and business opportunities
  • Identify qualified business opportunities and actively work to close them together with partners
  • Collaborate with internal functions such as telemarketing and sales teams to maximize results
  • Track market activities, investments, and return on investment (ROI)
  • Attend partner and industry events as needed

Qualifications

  • Very good proficiency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish, as well as good English
  • At least two years of experience in technical sales or a similar role
  • Experience with partner or channel programs is a plus
  • Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good negotiation skills and experience working with a goal-oriented approach
  • Ability to prioritize, structure, and work independently
  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a partner/distribution environment

  • Permanent, full-time position (39 hours/week)
  • Fixed salary approx. €23,400 gross/year + up to €7,200 in bonus

Working hours

  • During training: Monday–Thursday 09:00–18:00, Friday 09:00–17:00
  • After training: Monday–Thursday 08:30–17:30, Friday 08:30–16:30
