Technical Sales Representative / Area Sales Manager Sweden

The Role

In this role, you will become a crucial piece in Premier Rider's sales organization with the aim of developing customer collaborations throughout Sweden. Your tasks will consist of further developing and creating customer-specific business solutions for both new and existing customers.

Initially, you will focus on building your customer portfolio and processing new customers, which you will then manage and develop over time. In practice, this means you are responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting and market mapping to closing the deal. Your customers are primarily located in the manufacturing industry and retailers within the installation sector, where you act consultatively in your sales approach to provide solutions that create the greatest value for the customer.

You are offered a broad role where you operate from the office or a home office, but business travel may occur when customer collaborations within your business area are prioritized. In this role, you will also collaborate closely with other colleagues in the office, such as Inside Sales, "Supply Chain," and others within the sales organization. Together, we strive to provide customers with high-class service, competitive prices, and high delivery capacity!

Your main responsibilities:

  • Hold a key position in the sales organization with the aim of developing customer collaborations.
  • Actively further develop and create customer-specific business solutions.
  • Initially focus on new customer collaborations and build a customer portfolio that you will manage in the long term.

Personal qualities and education

As a person, you are a relationship-building individual with strong communication skills. You are goal-oriented and have high drive and engagement, gaining energy from meeting with customers.

You have a strong technical interest and curiosity to familiarize yourself with Premier Rider's product solutions and act consultatively in customer dialogue.

To succeed in the role, you have at least some technical upper secondary education or have achieved similar experience in other ways. You should have previous experience in customer-facing roles and sales. It is an advantage if you have driven sales of technical products within plumbing, construction, infrastructure, traffic safety equipment, or industry.

Good computer skills and fluent language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are required. Naturally, you must have a driver's license.

Start: By agreement, preferably August 2025.
Scope: Full-time.
Location: Our office in Knivsta or home office in Greater Stockholm.
