Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that creates personalized assistance in collaboration with the client. We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are the key to successful assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

We are now looking for a dedicated personal assistant for a woman in Heby who needs support in her daily life. You who apply should be creative, positive, and have a genuine caring heart.

About the position

The tasks are varied and include, among other things:

• Care and nursing
• Assistance with social activities
• Support during exercise
• Regular household chores

You will work closely with the client and be an important part of creating a safe and meaningful daily life.

The working hours are usually scheduled from 20:30 to 09:00. You are welcome to help out during other times if needed.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Is sensitive, responsible, and flexible
• Has a genuine interest in working with people
• Thrives in a role where you both support and engage
• Has good teamwork skills and a good sense of humor

Experience with epilepsy is an advantage, but not a requirement. For us, personal chemistry is the most important factor.
