Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Platform Specialist for Windows Server at level 5, which is normally achieved after 10 years of experience.

In this role, you are a recognized expert within Windows Server environments and function as a technical expert both internally and towards the client. You take overall responsibility for architecture, strategy, and long-term management of a secure and highly available infrastructure – both on-premises and in public cloud services. With deep expertise in Active Directory and Windows Server, you drive design decisions and architecture guidance for the Swedish Tax Agency and other authorities, and your solutions consistently maintain very high quality.

You lead and drive automation and efficiency work at a strategic level, and set the direction for security-enhancing initiatives in complex environments. You act as a role model and mentor for junior and senior consultants, sharing your expertise and raising the team's collective competence. You work independently, handle large and complex assignments with minimal supervision, and are accustomed to working in leading positions with significant authority.

Security Check: The client is subject to security protection legislation, which means the assignment may be placed in a security class.

Requirements

You must have at least the following competencies and/or experience:

• At least 10 years of work experience in managing and developing Windows Server.
• At least 7 years of experience with PowerShell for managing and automating Windows Server with in-depth expert knowledge.
• At least 7 years of experience with Active Directory and certificate management in complex enterprise environments.

Meritorious criteria:

• Experience working in an organization with 10,000 employees or more.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Defender and Entra ID in hybrid enterprise environments.
• Experience in programming and automation, especially regarding certificate management.
• Work experience with CertOrder.
