Assignment Description

Tunnelbana till Arenastaden is looking for an experienced and driven Production & Coordination Project Manager who will become a central part of the project leadership and will work closely with the Project Director. The role involves responsibility for coordination between sub-projects during production. As Production & Coordination Project Manager, you will support the Project Director in leading and coordinating the project's execution. You will have a key role in holding the whole together – from scheduling and economics to risk, work environment, and coordination between sub-projects. You are an important internal contact point.

Your Main Areas of Responsibility

• Support the Project Director, Project Manager, and Sub-project Managers in achieving the project's goals.
• Support the project in preparations for the handover of Base-U.
• Independently lead investigation assignments and development projects as needs are identified.
• Plan for and lead preparatory groups and production councils, and follow up on issues initiated in these forums.
• Support sub-projects in contract matters, interfaces between sub-projects, initiate decisions, and prepare decision support materials.
• Elevate strategic issues from sub-projects and contractors to the project management.

Requirements

1. At least 12 years of experience in positions/assignments from construction or infrastructure projects, preferably as Project Director, Production Manager, Site Manager, Contract Manager, or Project Manager.
2. At least 12 years of experience working in large (over 300 million) complex projects with many stakeholders.
