We are looking for a companion for a woman in her 20s in Nacka. She has autism, ADD, and a mild intellectual disability.

She is looking for a companion to engage in fun activities with, such as bowling, having coffee, going for walks, or visiting galleries.

While we prefer a female candidate, male candidates are also welcome. Ideally, you have an Iranian or Assyrian background, are of a similar age to her, and share some of her interests.

The client is seeking a companion who is outgoing, social, and comfortable in social settings. A sense of humor and the ability to lift the mood are appreciated. The client thrives when you are open and warm in your approach.

Experience with low-demand interaction (low-effort support) is a plus, as is a customer-focused approach. It is important to remain stable, consistent, and reassuring, even in emotionally challenging situations.

Flexibility regarding scheduled hours is beneficial, as plans may change depending on what you do together. Our client values living life as flexibly and freely as you hopefully do.

The client does not expect the companion to always exceed the scheduled time, but acknowledges that there may be some flexibility on occasional occasions without the need to adjust or reduce time in future sessions.

She also prefers that the focus is not primarily on any extra time, but rather on the quality of the interaction itself. This contributes to her feeling that the work is done with engagement and care.

She sometimes struggles with boundary setting, so clarity is important. We appreciate that you are good at building relationships and have good people skills. You maintain a professional demeanor.

• The assignment covers 14 hours per month (minimum 3 hours per session).
• You and the client will plan together when you will meet and for how long.
