This is a role for you who is passionate about tax and wants to work in a team that strengthens the entire industry with its expertise!
About the role
We are now looking for a driven Knowledge Specialist in tax, based in Näsviken or Stockholm.
As a Knowledge Specialist with us, you work in our Knowledge team, delivering and providing knowledge to our customers while supporting colleagues in areas such as accounting, tax, VAT, law, and HR. We answer customer questions in our Q&A service and produce texts and other materials for our information and news services. We are also responsible for a wide range of webinars and courses, both on-site and online.
Initially, it is important that you have basic knowledge in your area of expertise, tax, and that you are driven and passionate about developing and learning more. In the long run, there are great opportunities for further development in this role. Competence development takes place largely through close collaboration with experienced colleagues, where we continuously share knowledge and act as a sounding board for each other. Much of the role involves the willingness and ability to dig deep and sharpen your skills, but also to develop within our other areas through joint learning and internal knowledge sharing.
Since the accounting and tax industry, like society as a whole, is increasingly influenced by AI and automation, we would like you to be curious about how new ways of working and digital tools can be used as support in knowledge work, tax, and accounting. You may already use AI in your work – or be at the beginning of your journey – but have a clear interest and desire to learn more. For us, the most important thing is that you are open to development and see AI as a natural part of future work.
Most of our team is located in Näsviken in Hälsingland, but we also have two colleagues based at the office in Stockholm, and we see it as an opportunity for you to do the same. Business travel may occur.
Who are we looking for?
You are a person who is passionate about tax and has a strong desire to develop. You have a university degree in law or economics. Perhaps you have previously worked at the Swedish Tax Agency, an accounting firm, or in a similar role and want to try something else – where you get the opportunity to deepen your profession while helping colleagues in the industry.
Since collaboration is important to us, you thrive working in a team and have good collaboration skills. Quality and attention to detail are second nature to you, and you work independently while driving your work forward. We also believe that you are skilled at communicating both verbally and in writing and have a pedagogical approach.
You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
Who are we?
We are Bjorn Lunden, the business platform that simplifies everyday life for small and medium-sized businesses. We have a simple belief: every company deserves growth opportunities. We are here to make that possible 🐻.
We are on a really exciting journey. We aim high and our vision is to become one of the leading providers of software solutions for accounting and finance in northwestern Europe. With roots in Hälsingland, specifically the small town of Näsviken, we have grown rapidly in recent years, moving from a smaller, national company to an international group. In addition to Sweden, we are present in the Netherlands and Denmark.
The goal is simply to make everyday life a little easier for business owners and entrepreneurs. Something we believe we can achieve with really good software, knowledge, innovation, and TACO. Maybe not the tacos you are thinking of, but our type of TACO – Trust, Ambition, Collaboration and Ownership.
Our offer
We offer you a role in an international and growing company with a strong market position, aiming to challenge the industry giants. It is important to us that our employees are happy and enjoy their work. We want to be a decent employer and strive for a sustainable balance between work and leisure. We do this, among other things, by offering good terms and benefits, 30 days of vacation, and flexibility. We want to be the obvious choice for employees who want to feel good and have fun at work.
Application
The position is full-time and permanent, based in Näsviken or Stockholm.
The last day for applications is June 14, 2026. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the deadline. So apply now!
