Are you looking for meaningful work where change is the keyword, combined with great autonomy and the opportunity to help vulnerable individuals and families? At Fridenshem, we focus on the individual and strive to ensure that the child's best interests always come first.
At Fridenshem, we are an organization with extensive experience in outpatient care on behalf of our framework agreement customers within social services. Our theoretical foundation is based on systems and attachment theory, and we also work with CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) with children, young people, and their networks. Our operations are located in Stockholm, where we also hold the majority of our assignments.
We are looking for engaged and experienced family therapists who are interested in working extra hours or part-time and joining our team. Our work is characterized by a serious and quality-focused approach, marked by high-quality treatment and therapy. Fridenshem primarily works within outpatient care in the form of:
- Structured outpatient care in the form of various treatment programs
- Family pedagogical and family therapeutic interventions
- Family therapy
- Youth treatment
- Contact person and qualified contact person
About the Role
As a family therapist, you work based on an implementation plan grounded in a care plan from our clients. Your tasks include working with various family pedagogical and family therapeutic interventions based on the issues present in the assignment. This may also involve psychoeducational work with children, young people, and their networks, as well as supporting families in crises. Together with your coordinator, you are responsible for monitoring and revising the established implementation plan, and ensuring that the treatment work is carried out according to the plan. The most vital aspect of the intervention is to contribute to giving families tools through treatment to promote a more sustainable and healthy family situation for the individuals and families we meet in our daily work.
Your role also includes reporting to the client and documenting daily according to the implementation plan. This means you should have good computer skills and be comfortable with daily journaling and monthly reporting. In some cases, weekly reporting is requested, which you as a family therapist should also be comfortable with.
The role involves concrete pedagogical work in the home environment as well as conducting family sessions. Our employees have diverse education to effectively meet the varying needs of the commissioning municipality. We actively prioritize collaboration with the network around the child, both in the private and professional spheres. The use of evidence-based methods is central, and we tailor them individually for each situation.
Who Are You?
We are looking for an individual who can establish sustainable relationships and is characterized by a lack of pretension. We see that you have the ability to form and maintain relationships in your work at the workplace and with clients. Flexibility is key, not only in the treatment work but also regarding working hours. We are looking for candidates with a degree in social work or a similar education that the employer deems suitable. Previous experience in family therapy work is highly valued, as is personal suitability. Independence and careful documentation skills are central requirements.
In each case, you have a coordinator who holds weekly check-ins to provide supervision and oversight for quality assurance purposes. This ensures that the coordinator can also be involved in the case in the event of illness, requiring the coordinator to take a greater role in the ongoing treatment work.
What Do We Offer?
- A workplace where you have the opportunity to influence and develop your own work
- Great autonomy in directing your treatment work with support from the coordinator
- Monthly case supervision
- A workplace that values quality and has good relationships with our clients
