About the role:

We are currently offering a remote, independent position for sales-oriented individuals who enjoy customer contact via telephone.

As a Meeting Booker with us, you will contact new potential customers and schedule new client meetings for our clients. You will be responsible for prospecting and establishing initial contact with new customers, as well as generating interest in the services or products our clients offer. The role of a Meeting Booker is an independent and challenging assignment, and for the right person, there are good opportunities for development within the company.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you have a strong work ethic and can work at a fast pace without compromising the quality of your work.

We are looking for you if you are results-oriented:

• You have excellent communication skills and speak and write Swedish fluently.
• You want to work in a company where you can influence your own salary through good performance.
• You are self-motivated, structured, and able to prioritize tasks.
• You are detail-oriented and take great responsibility for your work.
• You are computer literate and comfortable using the telephone as a tool.
• You enjoy customer contact and can handle multiple channels of communication.

It is important that you are service-oriented and proactive.

Upon employment, you will initially be introduced to and trained remotely in sales and argumentation techniques, as well as knowledge of our services, with the aim of quickly getting you up to speed and optimizing your chances of becoming a successful Meeting Booker.

You will work in a web-based dialing program. With this setup, you will not be charged for any phone calls you make!

Therefore, the work requires that you have your own computer with an internet connection and a headset!

Working hours and scope:

Full-time - Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary type: Variable piece-rate or commission-based salary depending on results. Compensation is 100% based on completed customer meetings booked.
