Soon I am moving into my own apartment in Järna, and a completely new daily routine will begin – my personal assistance needs to be built from scratch. That is why I am looking for you who wants to step into something new and be involved from the very beginning.

Who am I? I am 31 years old and enjoy having people around me. I do not communicate much with words, but instead show with my body how I am feeling and what I want. For me, it is important that you see, sense, and have the patience to understand me.

I like being outdoors, taking walks, and staying active. Music means a lot to me – it sets the tone for everyday life. If you also like music (and maybe play a bit of guitar?), that is a big plus.

What the job entails You will follow me in my daily life – at home, out at activities, and if necessary, also to healthcare visits. Sometimes you will work in pairs.

I need help with most things in my day – and your job is largely about supporting, motivating, and creating security in everything we do.

I have epilepsy, and you will learn how to handle seizures and medication in a safe manner.

What I need from you You do not need to be perfect – but the right attitude is crucial:

• You are present and attentive
• You do not get stressed, but maintain calm
• You are willing to take responsibility in situations that require it
• You respect that I always need someone close by
• Driver's license? Nice to have, but not a must

An assistance built together This is not a “finished” workplace – we create the structure together. For me, it is important to have a team that collaborates, where everyone focuses on what works for me in daily life.

Do you want to take greater responsibility? There is also an opportunity to step in as a team leader. In that role, you help hold everything together – from schedules to the introduction of new assistants and daily operations.

About the recruitment process: We contact interesting candidates on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. As part of our recruitment process, we always conduct a background check via Fortcheck, which is sent to you as a candidate via email and SMS. The background check is conducted entirely on your terms – you perform the check yourself and receive the results. You then choose whether to forward the information to us or to discontinue.
