Are you our new colleague for the summer of 2026?

Do you want to work in an organization where relationships, respect, and people's own goals are at the center? We are currently looking for two secure and engaged substitutes for night shifts at our residential facility for adults with active substance use, with or without mental health issues, during the summer.

In preparation for the summer of 2026, we are seeking two engaged and responsible treatment assistants for one of our educational and meaningful operations. The position suits you if you have an ongoing or completed university education, for example as a social worker, social pedagogue, treatment pedagogue (YH), or another behavioral science education that the employer deems equivalent.

About the Position

As night staff with us, your most important task is to create safety and be present for the residents during the night hours. The work involves both practical and relationship-building tasks where you meet people with respect, calmness, and professionalism. You do not work alone but are part of a team together with a stationed security guard.

The duties include, among other things:

• Being present for the residents, listening, and supporting them in questions and situations that arise.
• Supervision and safety-enhancing work within the facility.
• Documentation of important events in the care system Treserva.

We are looking for you who

Are proactive and solution-focused, have a good ability to remain calm and act in critical situations. You treat everyone with respect, base your actions on the equal value of all people, and contribute to a good work climate.

The role also involves setting boundaries and sometimes having a controlling function, always with a respectful and professional attitude. You will have contact with various collaboration partners, making good cooperation skills an important part of the work.

We consider it meritorious if you have previously worked within addiction, psychiatry, or social work, but it is not a requirement. The most important thing is that you thrive working independently during the night.

Documentation is a natural part of the position and takes place in the digital system Treserva. You are expected to be able to write daily notes and social documentation in a legally secure, clear, and respectful manner.

Qualifications

• Ongoing or completed university education as a social worker, social pedagogue, or another behavioral science education deemed equivalent.
• A valid Class B driver's license and experience driving are required for all positions.
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
• Certificate of good conduct (for residential care facilities) is required for all positions.
