Ramund School is Söderköping's municipal upper secondary school with approximately 500 students. We work for our vision "Desire to learn and courage to change" with our core values Curiosity, Cooperation, and Joy:

Ramund School is centrally located in Söderköping, close to sports facilities and outdoor swimming pools, while forests and nature are within walking distance. Here, just over 60 people work in three work teams. We have a large proportion of qualified teachers and place great importance on everyone enjoying the school, both students and adults. In our work to build students' self-esteem and security, we work with "Motivational Lift" and a peer support program that we call "Amigos". One of our language teachers is the coordinator for the school's international cooperation – Erasmus.

Job Description

In the role of teaching teacher, you are part of our subject group and shape the teaching together with our other teachers. You teach our students in Spanish (grades 6-9) as well as the subject(s) you are qualified in. You plan and carry out the pedagogical work in collaboration with your colleagues. You are part of a grade-based work team, and mentorship is included in the position.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher in Spanish with additional subject qualifications for grades 7-9. We want you to be well-versed in current regulatory documents and apply these in daily operations. We see that you are genuinely interested in teaching, school development, and seeking new paths to give students the best possible education. International cooperation with partner schools, for example through E-twinning, is advantageous.

As a person, you are sensitive and have a good ability to see each student's individual needs and conditions. You have the ability to inspire and engage, and do not see emerging problems as a hindrance but as a challenge you want to find a solution to. You see cooperation as a path to continued development and actively participate in work and subject groups, as well as having a professional approach in meetings with students, colleagues, and parents.
